RICORTU is a private travel memory app for iOS and Android. It is not a travel agency, travel guide, navigation app, social network, safety tracker, or continuous GPS tracking service.

These terms explain how RICORTU should be used as a private, local-first travel memory app for saved places, visited cities, personal notes, photos, and future destinations.

Local-first archive
RICORTU is designed around a private archive that primarily lives on your device. Photos and memories stored only on your device are controlled by you and can be removed by deleting content in the app, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.
Your content
You are responsible for the places, dates, notes, photos, wishlist destinations, and memories you add to RICORTU. You should only add content that you have the right to save, use, or share.
Maps and third-party services
RICORTU may use services such as Mapbox, Supabase, Google Play, or Google services to provide maps, place search, feedback handling, app distribution, platform functionality, crash reporting, or diagnostics where enabled.
Waitlist and feedback
If you join the waitlist or send feedback, we may use your email address and message content to respond, improve the app, and send requested product updates. Feedback image attachments may be uploaded so we can review your request.
No safety or navigation use
RICORTU should not be used for emergency support, live navigation, real-time location sharing, travel safety monitoring, or any situation where accurate location tracking is required.
Privacy and deletion
RICORTU is private by default. Your saved places, notes, photos, wishlists, and memories are not public unless you choose to export or share them. Privacy and deletion requests can be sent to [email protected] or [email protected].
Changes and availability
RICORTU is evolving. Features may change, be added, or be removed. If account, cloud archive, or photo cloud archive features become available, related terms and privacy disclosures may be updated before or when those features are offered.
Permission to use RICORTU
You may use RICORTU for your personal travel archive, subject to these terms and applicable law. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or use it to store or share content unlawfully. You retain rights to your own content. Sending a support attachment allows us to process it for your request; it does not give us permission to publish it.
Keeping your memories safe
The current app has no account system or account-based cloud sync. Keep separate copies of important photos and memories. Removing the app, clearing its data, losing a device or changing phones may result in loss of local content. Contact support if you need guidance before deleting the app.
Availability and your rights
RICORTU is being prepared for public release. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a launch date, and launch pricing has not been announced. Maps and search results may contain errors or become unavailable. You can stop using RICORTU at any time. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
